Private offices are available for a minimum of a 1-year lease. We have 16 private offices and 8 are currently being leased. We have office space for rent & office rentals/ lease offices here in Birmingham. ALL RATES ARE MONTHLY RENTAL PRICING.

The entire 3rd floor of the building is designed as a co-working space and includes a receptionist that accommodates the needs of each tenant. Desks, chairs, and phones are already provided in every office. ALL RATES ARE MONTHLY RENTAL PRICING.

We have large cubicle-style work areas fully furnished with desks, chairs, and phones. These stations can be rented on a month-to-month basis starting at $350. Out of our 18 workstations, 4 are already under negotiation.

Currently under renovation, the 1st and 2nd floors of our building are ideal for larger tenants that need 1,000 to 14,000 square feet of office space. Each floor boasts exposed brick walls and ductwork, 16-foot ceilings, and 7,000 square feet of space, with the first floor offering an additional 2,000 square feet for the mezzanine area. We will build the floors, from design to finishing, according to the tenants’ needs and requests. Our 1st and 2nd floors are available for lease starting at $18.
